Hi.

A woman standing on a cobblestone pathway outdoors, smiling, in a white dress with black polka dots and white sneakers, with greenery and brick buildings in the background.

I’m endlessly fascinated by people.

What makes them tick.
What gets them out of bed in the morning.
What they care about.
What they dream about.
And often, what gets in their way.

I've always believed everyone has a story worth telling. Sometimes they just need someone to help them find it. Sometimes they need someone to help them turn it into something real.

That's what I do.

Whether I'm working with a founder trying to explain why their business matters, a charity changing lives every day, or someone standing at a career crossroads wondering what's next, my job is always the same.

To bring clarity to the thinking, find what really matters and help move things forward.

"I would highly recommend Nadra as a coach. She created a supportive space that gave me the time and permission to really think about what I want. Through thoughtful questions and exercises, we explored my goals, current reality, limiting beliefs, options and obstacles, and what my way forward could look like. Her approach was both thought-provoking and practical, and I finished the coaching feeling clearer, more confident and much more intentional about my career."

I care deeply about purpose.

Not because I think every business has to save the world.

But because I believe the best businesses are built with intention.

I've spent more than twenty years helping organisations doing incredible things find the words, confidence and clarity to grow their impact.

I've launched national campaigns, repositioned charities, built brands from scratch and led communications through moments of huge change.

I've also sat across the table from founders with brilliant ideas who simply couldn't explain why anyone should choose them.

A woman with dark hair smiling and gesturing with her hand, wearing a white lace top, gold jewelry, and earrings, in a room with a wooden beam and a desk with notebooks and papers.

Somewhere along the way,
I realised.

The thing I love most isn't marketing.

It's people.

It's watching someone's shoulders drop because everything suddenly clicks.

It's seeing a founder finally find the words they've been searching for.

It's helping a team rally behind a shared purpose.

It's giving someone the confidence to say,

"This is who we are."

Last year I returned from maternity leave. Four months later I was made redundant.

Suddenly I wasn't helping other people navigate change.

I was living it.

With two little boys, a mortgage and plenty of self-doubt, I had to work out who I wanted to be next.

Not just professionally. Personally too.

Looking back, it was one of the best things that could have happened to me.

Because I understand what it feels like when your identity shifts.

When you're building something new.

When you're excited and terrified in equal measure.

And that's exactly where so many of my clients are.

Then life reminded me what it feels like to start again.

A smiling woman with dark hair wearing a white lace top and blue jeans, waving with her right hand, standing against a white wall with a wooden beam on her right side.

And deliberately so.

I work with founders, organisations and individuals who need a mixture of thinking, doing and sometimes simply another experienced person in their corner.

Sometimes that's helping someone shape an idea or find the right words.

Sometimes it's coaching someone through a change in their career or business.

And sometimes it's rolling up my sleeves and becoming an extension of a team, providing experienced remote support across marketing, communications, events, travel and projects.

Because I've realised that what I do best isn't one particular thing.

It's joining the dots.

Taking the messy brief, the half-formed idea, the project that's been sitting on the list for months or the hundred things competing for someone's attention and bringing some clarity, energy and momentum to it.

Think it through. Make it happen. Keep things moving.

That's really what Purpose Works is about.

If we work together.

Expect lots of questions.

Expect honesty.

Expect enthusiasm.

Expect someone who'll celebrate your wins as much as you do.

I'll challenge you when I think you're playing small.

I'll remind you what makes you brilliant when you've forgotten.

And if you've brought me in to get something done, you can trust me to take ownership of it.

I'm equally comfortable talking about the big picture and getting stuck into the detail.

And somewhere along the way we'll probably laugh quite a lot too.

Because I don't believe great work has to feel heavy.

Today, my work looks a little different.

What do you need help with?

Maybe you're building a business.

Maybe your organisation is evolving.

Maybe you're at a career crossroads.

Maybe you've got a brilliant idea but no idea how to turn it into reality.

Or perhaps you've simply reached the point where you can't keep doing everything yourself.

You don't necessarily need another employee.

You might just need someone experienced who can come in, understand what you're trying to achieve and help you move it forward.

Strategy. Coaching. Marketing. Events. Travel. Projects. Remote business support.

Different needs. Same starting point.

Let's work out what you need and go from there.

I'd love to help you define your next chapter.
